Our approach

We have five simple steps for building your AI agent…

Flowchart with five steps: 1) Have a chat, 2) Share what you've got, 3) Make a demo, 4) Organise a pilot, 5) Refine and roll out.

1. Have a chat

We’ll give you a quick overview of Vocina and show you how it works. Then, we’ll chat about what a pilot could look like, including expectations and costs. If it feels like a fit, we’ll brainstorm how Vocina could work for you and plan next steps.

2. Share what you’ve got

You send any helpful materials including assessment questions, grading rubrics, sample student work (with grades), course materials, any common words/terms you want the agent to recognise, or guidance you want it to follow.

3. Make a demo

We’ll design the conversation and feedback approach, then share a demo agent for you to try. We’ll test it with you, make improvements based on your feedback, and keep refining until it feels right.

4. Organise a pilot

We’ll help you run a small pilot with a selected group, including logins, a simple briefing for staff and learners, and check-ins along the way. We’ll gather feedback and note what to improve.

5. Refine and rollout

We apply what you learned from the pilot, make updates to the agent, and help you roll it out to more courses or cohorts.
